Award Specialism Title
Over
the course of my study I have been focusing in on my role as dance captain at
my current workplace, This year I have faced experiences that have challenged
me into developing a sense of awareness within my work that has led me to
exploring the term, Behaviour. This idea generated from reflecting on my
practice and over time I have become interested in what triggers people’s
personalities from a young age, to behaviour as an adult in a workplace. I
wanted the title of my plan to be based around people’s perception on behaviour
and came up with ‘The Notion of Behaviour’.
